1-2 medium onions

3 cloves garlic

1 small chicken breast

2 small portions of fillet steak

5 shallots
-
2 eggs
-
375g Trident Rice Vermicelli or Trident Singapore Noodles

3 tablespoons margarine or oil

125g prawns
-
2 tablespoons Trident Stir-Fry Fish Sauce
-
1½ cup chicken stock
-
1 cup Trident Chinese Mixed Vegetables

Salt and pepper to taste

1¼ cup fried, crisp onion flakes
Instructions:
Slice onions thinly, chop garlic finely.
Cut chicken into small pieces and slice steak into thin strips.
Cut shallots into 2.5cm pieces. Use the 2 eggs to make thin omelettes.
Prepare noodles and set aside.
Stir-fry in a wok the onions and garlic in melted margarine or oil until brown.
Add steak, chicken pieces, prawns, Trident Stir-Fry Fish Sauce and stock; cook 10 minutes.
Add Trident Chinese Mixed Vegetables; cook until vegetables are tender.
Add noodles to mixture and mix thoroughly. Taste for seasoning. Arrange on platter, garnish with onion flakes and omelettes sliced into thin strips.
