Rob's Pork Stir-Fry

Ingredients
  • 500g pork mince

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons rice wine

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 2 tablespoons Trident Stir-Fry Fish Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 410g can Trident Baby Corn Spears

  • 1 red capsicum, sliced

  • 100g snow peas

  • 200g broccoli or broccolini, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons kecap manis

  • 2-3 tablespoons Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce

  • 350g pack Trident Singapore Noodles

  • Sunbeam Dry Roasted Peanuts, to serve

Instructions:
  • Marinate pork mince with soy sauce, rice wine & sesame oil for approximately 30 minutes.

  • Heat oil in wok, brown pork mince. Add Trident Stir-Fry Fish Sauce and sugar and cook for approximately 5 minutes. Add onion cooking for a further 5 minutes.

  • Add corn, capsicum, snow peas, broccoli, kecap manis and Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce and cook for 10 minutes or until vegetables are just cooked.

  • Separate Singapore Noodles gently with fingers and add to the wok, mix with the pork mince and cook for a 2-3 minutes.

  • To serve, sprinkle with Sunbeam Dry Roasted Peanuts and a dash of Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce.
