Anyone can be a Wok Hero

2 garlic cloves, crushed

¼ cup crunchy peanut butter

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 tablespoons kecap manis (sweet soy)

2 tablespoons Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce

500g chicken breast, sliced into strips

Peanut oil
-
400g Trident Udon Noodles
-
1 red onion
-
1 carrot sliced
-
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
-
¼ cabbage, finely sliced
-
1 can Trident Baby Corn Spears, sliced
-
2 sticks of celery, diced (you can substitute any of your favourite vegies or whatever you have in the fridge!)

Cashew nuts, to garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a small bowl mix together crushed garlic, peanut butter, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, kecap manis and Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce. Put aside.
Fry chicken in some peanut oil until browned and remove from wok.
Prepare noodles as per packet instructions.
Add a little more peanut oil to the wok and stir-fry all the vegetables for a few minutes.
Add the sauce mixture and chicken and cook for a further few minutes before adding the prepared noodles and a little of the noodle water (about ¼ cup). Stir until all ingredients are combined and noodles are well coated with the sauce. Serve with a few cashews on top!
