Ingredients

2 teaspoons Trident Green Curry Paste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Small splash of Trident Stir-Fry Fish Sauce

½ teaspoon lime rind - very finely chopped

1½ cups of mixed nuts (my favourite is cashews, almonds and chopped walnuts)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 170°C.
In a ceramic bowl, mix the Trident Green Curry Paste and olive oil to make smooth paste.
Add in splash of Trident Stir-Fry Fish Sauce and lime rind. Mix well.
Add in nuts and toss well to coat. Spread out evenly on baking tray and bake for 15 minutes, checking and tossing half way through cooking.
Allow to cool on tray.
Tips
Can be stored in airtight container.
