2 tablespoons olive oil

1 onion, chopped

2 tablespoons crushed garlic

2 x 400g cans diced tomato

2 tablespoon chopped basil
-
1-2 tablespoons Trident Sweet Chilli Hot Sauce
-
3 tablespoons Trident Stir-Fry Oyster Sauce
-
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
-
1 tablespoon Trident Stir-Fry Fish Sauce
-
1kg mussel meat
-
2 cups spinach, chopped
-
2 x 200g packs of Trident Hokkien Noodles
-
Lemon wedges, to serve
Instructions:
In a wok heat the oil and cook the onions until soft. Add garlic and cook for
1 minute.Add canned tomato, basil, Trident Sweet Chilli Hot Sauce, Trident Stir-Fry Oyster Sauce, Worcestershire sauce and Trident Stir-Fry Fish Sauce.
Bring to the boil and add the mussels. Cook for about 5 minutes or until mussels are just cooked, stirring occasionally.
Add spinach and Trident Hokkien Noodles. Cook for 1 minute to heat through and serve with lemon wedges.
