Chicken with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
  • ½ cup of crunchy peanut butter

  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 4 teaspoons brown sugar

  • 4 teaspoons sesame oil

  • ¼ teaspoon chilli powder

  • ¼ teaspoon ginger powder

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 x 410g cans Trident Baby Cut Corn

  • 6 spring onions, sliced

  • Rice, to serve

Instructions:
  • Blend first 6 ingredients together.

  • Cut chicken into strips. Heat oil and stir-fry chicken and garlic in a wok.

  • Add peanut mixture, spring onions and Trident Baby Cut Corn. Mix well and cook until heated through.

  • Serve with rice.
