Ingredients

1 tablespoon oil

4 shallots, finely sliced

1 teaspoon chopped garlic

1 large chilli, chopped

2 x 400ml cans Trident Coconut Milk
-
½ 410g can Trident Baby Corn Spears, drained

4 cups chopped cabbage
-
2 tablespoons dried prawns, soaked in warm water to soften

Salt, to taste

Rice or noodles, to serve
Instructions:
Heat oil in saucepan. Stir-fry shallots, garlic and chilli until softened.
Add Trident Coconut Milk and Trident Baby Corn Spears and heat until almost boiling.
Add cabbage, prawns and salt and simmer until cabbage softens - about 15 minutes.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
