Sweet Chilli Calamari Stir Fry

Ingredients
  • 500g calamari rings

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce

  • 1 small onion, cut into segments

  • 1 carrot, cut in strips

  • 1 small red capsicum, sliced

  • 12 snow peas, sliced

  • Broccoli or broccolini, cut in small pieces

  • 175g packet Trident Singapore Noodles

Instructions:
  • Place calamari rings in a bowl and almost cover with Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce. Refrigerate for 1-3 hours depending on available time.

  • Add half the oil to a heated wok with the vegetables and toss to cook lightly - the vegetables should be brightly coloured and crisp. Remove from wok.

  • Reheat wok, add the remaining oil and add calamari rings. Toss for 2 minutes, adding more Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce if needed.

  • Break up Trident Singapore Noodles and add to the wok with the vegetables. Toss together until heated through. Serve immediately.
