STIR-FRY CHICKEN WITH TRIDENT SWEET CHILLI SAUCE & MACADAMIA NUTS

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped finely

  • 3 tablespoons Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced diagonally

  • 300g green beans, sliced diagonally, 3cm long

  • 300g carrots, sliced in long 3cm strips

  • 2 tablespoons Trident Stir-fry Fish Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 300g roasted macadamia nuts

  • 350g Trident Pad Thai Noodles

Instructions:
  • Cook Trident Pad Thai Noodles according to packet directions and set aside.

  • Place wok over high heat for one minute, heat the oil, then add the garlic and 2 tablespoons of Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce and cook for 30 seconds or until the garlic becomes golden.

  • Add the chicken, green beans and carrots, stirring until cooked through.

  • Add the Trident Stir-Fry Fish Sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and the remaining tablespoon of Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce. Mix well.

  • Just before serving add the roasted macadamia nuts and serve with Trident Pad Thai Noodles.
