Noodle Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 packet Trident Rice Stick Noodles 250g

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 300g cooked chicken

  • 300g ham

  • 1 red chilli, chopped

  • 1 inch chopped fresh ginger

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or Trident Stir-Fry Fish Sauce

  • 1½ can Trident Baby Cut Corn - drained

Instructions:
  • Prepare noodles and set aside.

  • Fry noodles in oil, drain and cool.

  • Shred chicken and ham. Mix with chilli, ginger, sesame oil and soy sauce or Trident Stir-Fry Fish Sauce.

  • Add Trident Rice Stick Noodles, Trident Baby Cut Corn and serve.
