Ingredients
- 1 x 440g packet Wokka Singapore Style Noodles
- ½ cup Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 3 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
- 200g fresh sashmimi grade tuna or white fish, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, halved and thinly sliced
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
- toasted white and black sesame seeds, to serve
Instructions
Step 1 - Soak noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes to soften, drain, refresh in cold water and drain well. In a large bowl, combine noodles with sweet chilli sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce and coriander until well coated.
Step 2 - Place noodles into four serving bowls. Top with tuna, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
