Ingredients
- 1 Trident Tom Yum Soup Sachet
- 6 raw king prawns, peeled
- Shiitake mushrooms
- Baby bok choy
- Red Chilli and Coriander to garnish
- 400ml Water
Instructions
Step 1 - Boil 1 ½ cups (400ml) of water, add noodle chips and prawns and boil for 3 min, stirring regularly.
Step 2 - Add the Tom Yum Goong flavour sachet, stir thoroughly and remove from the stove.
Step 3 - Stir in the contents of the flavoured oil sachet & chilli sachet until dissolved.
Step 4 - Add mushrooms and bok choy.
Step 5 - Serve in a bowl garnished with coriander and chilli. Enjoy
