Ingredients
  • 1 ½ kg chicken wings
  • Coriander leaves, to serve
  • Spring onion, sliced, to serve
  • Toasted white sesame seeds, to serve
  • SWEET CHILLI GLAZE
  • 3/4 cup Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce, plus extra
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp minced lemongrass
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp salt
Instructions

Step 1 - Preheat oven to 200°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper. Prepare the glaze by adding all the ingredients for this into a bowl, mixing until well combined. Toss through the chicken wings then spread evenly onto your baking tray.

Step 2 - Bake the wings for 10 – 15 minutes. Whilst cooking, transfer the remaining glaze to a small pan and cook over low heat until thick and sticky. Take the wings out of the oven, flip over and brush with the thickened glaze. Bake for an extra 10 minutes then a further 2 – 5 minutes on the grill setting until caramelised.

Step 3 - Transfer the cooked wings to a serving dish and scatter over coriander, spring onion and sesame seeds. Serve with extra Trident sweet chilli sauce.
